The GFB 7002 is a high-performance 44mm external wastegate engineered to manage extreme exhaust temperatures and high-boost pressures. Designed for reliability in harsh environments, it features an investment cast body made from 253MA chromium-nickel stainless steel and a one-piece stainless steel valve. The Nomex-reinforced diaphragm ensures precise actuation and long-term durability under intense heat cycling.
This wastegate is among the most compact on the market with a total height of only 100mm, making it ideal for tight engine bay configurations. It is designed for direct compatibility with TiAL MV-R flanges, utilizing V-band inlet and outlet connections for a secure, leak-free seal. The unit is supplied with 5psi (inner) and 10psi (outer) springs, allowing for base boost configurations of 5, 10, or 15psi out of the box.
