The GFB EX38 (MPN 7003) is an ultra-compact 38mm external wastegate engineered for the extreme thermal environments of high-boost racing and performance builds. Standing at just 93mm in overall height, this V-band style wastegate offers maximum clearance in tight engine bays while maintaining high-flow efficiency.
Built to endure high exhaust gas temperatures, the EX38 features an investment cast body made from 253MA chromium-nickel stainless steel and a one-piece stainless steel valve. The Nomex-reinforced diaphragm ensures consistent actuation and long-term durability under harsh conditions. For seamless integration, the V-band inlet and outlet are directly compatible with TiAL MV-S flanges.
