Gibson’s Black Elite Trail Kit is engineered for the off-road enthusiast who demands maximum ground clearance and low-end power. This single swept-side system focuses on real-world performance, delivering dyno-proven gains of 10-15 horsepower and 15-20 lb-ft of torque in the critical 1,800 to 3,000 RPM range—perfect for towing, passing, and climbing steep trails.
Construction features 2.5-inch mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing and a Superflow CFT performance muffler. The muffler’s baffled and chambered internal design uses no packing material to blow out, ensuring a consistent aggressive sound with minimal interior drone over the life of the vehicle. The system is finished with a premium black ceramic coated stainless steel rolled slash-cut tip for a durable, high-end look.
This exhaust is a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory system, utilizing factory-style hangers and including all necessary hardware. No welding is required for installation.
