Goodridge stainless steel brake line kits provide a critical upgrade for BMW owners looking to eliminate the spongy pedal feel common with aging factory rubber hoses. Under heavy braking or heat cycles, standard rubber lines can expand, leading to inconsistent pressure and reduced braking efficiency. These Goodridge lines utilize a PTFE inner liner wrapped in a stainless steel outer braid to prevent expansion, ensuring firm, consistent pedal response and improved stopping control.
Built to withstand harsh environments, the stainless steel braiding provides superior resistance to abrasion and corrosion. Every kit undergoes a rigorous 9-point quality assurance testing process, including pressure testing to ensure reliability under extreme conditions.
