These cams feature an aggressive 280/280 duration profile, making them the ideal choice for competition-grade engines equipped with large-frame turbochargers and upgraded valvetrain components.
Each camshaft is CNC machined from high-quality billet steel cores, providing significantly higher strength and fatigue resistance compared to standard cast blanks. This construction ensures precise lobe geometry and valvetrain stability even under high boost and high-RPM conditions. The S3 profile is designed to maximize top-end airflow, allowing the VR38DETT to maintain a potent powerband through the upper registers of the tachometer.
