H&R Sport Sway Bars are engineered to improve handling and reduce body roll by increasing suspension roll stiffness without compromising ride quality. For the BMW E46 platform, this rear sway bar provides significantly flatter cornering, increased lateral stability, and improved grip during spirited driving or track use.
Constructed from high-tensile 50CrV4 spring steel, this 21mm bar features a faster response time and smooth transitional function. The ends are machined-like forged pieces with three adjustment holes, allowing you to fine-tune the stiffness to your specific driving preferences. The kit includes H&R’s proprietary sway bar bushings made from a unique urethane/Teflon composite that eliminates the need for grease and prevents squeaking.
