The Hawk Performance HP Plus (HP+) compound is engineered specifically for autocross, solo II, and track-day applications where high friction and fade resistance are critical. Designed as a technical crossover pad for enthusiasts who drive their vehicles to and from the track, these rear brake pads offer a significantly higher coefficient of friction than standard replacement pads, ensuring consistent stopping power under high thermal loads.
The Ferro-Carbon friction material provides a wide temperature range and immediate bite, solving the common problem of brake fade during spirited driving or competitive events. While optimized for performance, the HP Plus compound is durable enough to handle the transition from the track back to street-legal use.
