Hawk Performance HPS 5.0 (High Performance Street) brake pads bridge the gap between track-day performance and daily drivability. Engineered using a specialized Ferro-Carbon compound, these rear pads provide a 20 to 40 percent increase in stopping power over standard replacement pads. The HPS 5.0 compound is designed to provide a higher coefficient of friction while maintaining a consistent pedal feel and high resistance to brake fade under increased temperatures.
These pads are formulated to be gentle on your rotors while producing minimal brake dust and operating with very low noise levels. Whether you are navigating spirited canyon roads or daily commuting, the HB727B.592 pads ensure shorter stopping distances and improved ABS modulation.
