Fits 2008-2022 Ford E-150, E-250, and E-350 Super Duty models. This Hellwig front sway bar is a heavy-duty handling upgrade designed to significantly reduce body roll and improve vehicle stability under heavy loads or towing conditions.
Engineered for high-stress applications, this sway bar is manufactured from solid 1-3/8 inch diameter 4140 chromoly steel. Each bar is heat-treated to maximize stiffness and durability, providing more consistent handling through corners and reduced driver fatigue during long hauls. The increased diameter over the factory equipment ensures better weight distribution and flatter cornering without sacrificing ride quality.
