The HKS Super SQV4 (Super Sequential Blow Off Valve) utilizes a unique pull-type relief structure and a differential pressure control system. Unlike typical push-type blow off valves that can leak under high boost, the SSQV4 remains closed during boost because the pressure actually holds the valve against its seat. This design allows for a broad operating range, maintaining stable performance from low-vacuum environments to high-boost applications.
This vehicle-specific kit (MPN: 71008-AF012) is engineered for a direct fit, replacing the factory bypass valve with a high-quality aluminum die-cast body. The included triple-fin design produces the signature HKS high-frequency sound during discharge, providing both audible feedback and performance reliability.
