The HKS Super SQV 4 (Super Sequential Blow-Off Valve) utilizes a unique sequential valve structure and a differential pressure control system to manage boost across a broad operating range. This specific kit, designed for the 2008-2014 Subaru Impreza WRX STI (GRB/GRF), includes the Return Kit to facilitate air recirculation back into the intake stream, maintaining proper MAF sensor readings and engine drivability.
Unlike traditional push-type valves that can leak under high boost, the HKS pull-type relief design ensures the valve remains tightly sealed as boost pressure increases. The aluminum die-cast body features a silver-coated finish for durability and a professional under-hood appearance.
