The ICON Stage 5 suspension system for the 2003-2009 Lexus GX470 Base is a comprehensive performance upgrade designed to improve off-road articulation, heat dissipation, and front-end alignment. This system is centered around vehicle-specific tuned 2.5-inch coilover shocks featuring remote reservoirs and adjustable ride height from 0 to 3.5 inches of lift. To optimize geometry at these heights, ICON includes billet aluminum upper control arms equipped with the patented Delta Joint, combining the durability of a sealed ball joint with the performance of a uniball.

Addressing the common failure point of the factory air suspension, this kit includes a rear coil spring conversion. The rear is supported by 2-inch lift coil springs and 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir shocks with 7/8-inch shafts. To maximize strength and adjustability, the Stage 5 system also features CNC-machined billet aluminum rear lower links, allowing for on-vehicle pinion angle adjustment and corrected roll steer geometry. This is a complete, bolt-on system that requires no cutting or welding for installation.
