The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Suspension System is a comprehensive handling upgrade designed for enthusiasts who demand superior damping control and increased wheel travel. This system centers on ICON’s Billet Upper Control Arms featuring the patented Delta Joint. This heavy-duty, high-angle ball joint combines the durability of a sealed OE-style joint with the performance and articulation of a traditional uniball. The zinc-plated housing and tough grease seal protect internal components from the elements, ensuring noise-free, long-lasting operation on daily drivers and trail rigs alike.

Up front, extended travel 2.5 Series coilovers provide up to 3.5 inches of lift, while the rear is supported by 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir shocks. These components feature 7/8-inch shafts and CAD-plated bodies for maximum corrosion resistance. To further refine the drivetrain geometry, this kit includes 6061 billet aluminum rear lower links for precise pinion angle adjustment. The entire system is a 100% bolt-on solution, requiring no cutting or welding for installation.
