The ICON Stage 8 Suspension System is a comprehensive overhaul designed for drivers demanding peak performance and durability. This system centers on vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series Extended Travel remote reservoir coilovers, providing superior cooling and height adjustability (0-3.5" for 2005-2015 models; 0-2.75" for 2016-2023 models). Paired with ICON billet aluminum upper control arms (UCAs), these coilovers deliver increased droop travel and corrected front-end geometry. The UCAs feature the patented Delta Joint, combining the durability of a ball joint with the performance of a traditional uniball.

For the rear, the Stage 8 system utilizes RXT multi-rate leaf springs and 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir shocks. The leaf springs offer three user-adjustable spring rates to accommodate varying loads, from unloaded daily drivers to fully outfitted overland rigs. The unique side-mount eyelet on the rear shocks allows for up to 20% increased travel while retaining factory mounting locations.
