The ICON Delta Joint (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700) is a heavy-duty, high-angle ball joint engineered to combine the articulation performance of a traditional uniball with the weather-sealed durability of a ball joint. While standard uniballs are ideal for off-road articulation, they often fail in daily applications due to exposure to road salt and debris. The Delta Joint solves this with a zinc-plated housing and a tough grease seal that protects the inner workings from the elements.

This retrofit kit is specifically designed for non-ICON upper control arms (UCAs), allowing you to replace worn 1-inch uniballs with a greasable, metal-on-metal joint that offers superior longevity and noise-free operation. The carburized taper pin provides increased corrosion resistance and reduced friction, while the design maintains the high angularity required for lifted suspension systems.
