The ICON Vehicle Specific (V.S.) 2.0 Aluminum Series remote reservoir shocks are engineered to provide a significant upgrade in damping performance and heat dissipation for the 2019-2023 Ford Ranger. These nitrogen-charged monotube shocks feature a remote reservoir that increases oil capacity, preventing shock fade during extended use on washboard roads or technical trails. The linear/digressive piston design is valved specifically for the Ranger chassis, offering a controlled street ride while maintaining the bottom-out resistance needed for off-road excursions.
Constructed with 6063 clear-anodized aluminum bodies, these shocks are built to resist corrosion and dissipate heat faster than traditional steel-body shocks. The 5/8-inch chrome-plated hardened steel shafts and nitrile rubber top-out bumpers ensure long-term durability. For ease of maintenance, these units are 100% rebuildable and revalveable, making them a sustainable long-term suspension solution.
