The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 suspension system for the 2024-2025 Toyota Tacoma is engineered to increase wheel travel and damping ability for serious off-road performance without sacrificing on-road ride quality. This system centers around vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series front coilovers, which are height-adjustable from 1.25 to 3 inches of lift. These coilovers utilize internal reservoirs for improved cooling and 7/8-inch shafts for maximum durability.

To ensure proper front-end geometry at increased ride heights, this kit includes ICON tubular upper control arms featuring the patented Delta Joint PRO. This rebuildable joint provides up to 90 degrees of articulation, eliminating the binding common with OE ball joints. For 4WD models, a front differential drop kit is included, utilizing 6061 CNC-machined aluminum spacers and polyurethane bushings to maintain safe CV axle angles and maximize available travel.

In the rear, ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series internal reservoir shocks provide balanced damping to match the front. Every component, from the FK Rod End bearings to the ICON-engineered coil springs, is chosen to provide a precise, controlled feel across the entire range of travel.
