The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Suspension System is engineered for the 2024-2025 Toyota Tacoma owner seeking significant improvements in wheel travel and damping performance. This comprehensive kit centers on vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series front coilovers and rear shocks, both featuring remote reservoirs. These reservoirs provide increased oil volume and heat dissipation to prevent shock fade during aggressive off-road use. The front coilovers are height-adjustable from 1.25” to 3” of lift over stock, facilitating the clearance of larger wheel and tire packages.

To maintain proper suspension geometry and durability at increased lift heights, this system includes ICON tubular upper control arms (UCAs). These UCAs feature the patented Delta Joint Pro, capable of 90 degrees of total articulation, and provide necessary alignment correction. For the drivetrain, a front differential drop bracket kit is included to optimize CV joint angles and prevent bind, utilizing high-durometer polyurethane bushings to limit movement under load. The rear is supported by triple-rate coil springs that provide a 0.5” lift while maintaining exceptional ride quality across varied terrain.
