ICON Delta Joint PRO upper control arms represent a significant advancement in off-road suspension geometry and durability. CNC-machined from 6061 billet aluminum with a satin anodized finish, these arms are designed to correct suspension geometry and allow for precise wheel alignment on F-150s with up to 3.5 inches of lift. The chassis pivots utilize high-quality FK Rod Ends for maximum precision and driving feedback.
At the center of this kit is the Delta Joint PRO, a fully rebuildable and serviceable articulation joint. It features a hardened chromoly ball and shaft (Rockwell C 55) with 56% more bearing surface than standard Delta Joints. This design provides a full 90 degrees of articulation—a 14% improvement in range of motion—to ensure bind-free movement throughout the entire suspension travel range. The lubrication system is optimized with internal channels for efficient grease distribution through the graphite-impregnated sintered metal races.
