The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Billet Upper Control Arm (UCA) kit is engineered to restore proper suspension geometry and alignment on lifted Ram 1500 TRX and RHO models. These arms feature the patented Delta Joint PRO, which provides a full 90 degrees of articulation—a 14% increase over the original Delta Joint—to ensure bind-free movement through the entire suspension cycle. CNC-machined from 6061 billet aluminum, these arms include ICON's Double Adjuster System, allowing for precise caster and camber adjustments while the arms are still mounted on the vehicle.
- CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum construction with a satin anodized finish
- Patented Delta Joint PRO (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700) offers 90 degrees of articulation
- Double Adjuster System for quick, on-vehicle alignment adjustments
- Delta Joint PRO features a 56% larger bearing surface than standard Delta Joints
- Chromoly ball and shaft with bearing surface hardened to Rockwell C 55
- FK Rod Ends at chassis pivots provide precision handling and high-strength durability
- Replaceable graphite-impregnated sintered metal races
- O-ring sealed dust cover caps protect the joint from debris
- 100% serviceable and rebuildable
