The ICON Vehicle Dynamics EXP Series bridges the gap between basic spacer lifts and full threaded-body coilovers. By utilizing a 2.5-inch diameter premium shock body while retaining the vehicle’s factory coil spring and mounts, the EXP system provides a cost-effective suspension upgrade that significantly increases damping performance and wheel travel. The 6061-billet aluminum coil spring seat and heavy-duty urethane isolators are specifically engineered to interface perfectly with the OE Toyota spring.

Construction features a one-piece impact-extruded aluminum shock body with a hard-anodized finish for superior corrosion resistance and heat dissipation. The massive 7/8-inch induction-hardened, chrome-plated shaft is paired with a one-piece digressive piston design, custom-tuned specifically for the Tundra and Sequoia platforms to provide stable handling and controlled ride quality both on and off-road. For long-term serviceability, these shocks are fully rebuildable and re-valvable.
