The Injen Evolution EVO9005 is a high-performance induction system specifically engineered to maximize the breathing potential of the 6.4L Powerstroke engine. Utilizing a precision-engineered 2-piece housing design that incorporates a boost plenum, this system replaces the restrictive factory airbox with durable, roto-molded cross-linked high-density polyethylene (XLPE). This construction provides superior heat soak resistance and a sealed intake environment that integrates seamlessly with the factory ram-air system.

The EVO9005 features the massive SuperNano-Web dry air filter, which uses deep 1.25-inch pleats for high dust-holding capacity without the need for filter oil. The SHUR-LOCK mounting system provides a secure, non-slip seal for the filter, while the custom dyno-tuned roto-molded intake tube ensures laminar airflow into the turbochargers. This system is designed for a direct bolt-on installation with no cutting, drilling, or aftermarket tuning required.
