The Injen SP5021P SP Series intake system is engineered to provide your turbocharged 1.4L engine with an unrestricted air path for improved throttle response and increased output. This short ram system utilizes Injen’s patented MegaRam (MR) Technology to tune the 6061-T6 aluminum intake tube, ensuring the vehicle maintains safe air-fuel ratios across the power band without the need for aftermarket tuning. By replacing the restrictive factory airbox with a mandrel-bent polished aluminum tube and a custom-designed heat shield with cover, this kit significantly reduces intake restrictions and manages engine bay heat soak.

Performance is further enhanced by the included SuperNano-Web dry air filter. This fully serviceable media provides high-flow capabilities and exceptional filtration without the use of oil. On the dyno, this system has demonstrated gains of up to 8 hp and 10 lb-ft of torque, while delivering a more aggressive, throaty engine tone under full throttle.
