Fits 2012-2014 Volkswagen Passat models (S, SE, SEL, SEL Premium, Wolfsburg Edition) equipped with the 2.5L 5-cylinder engine.
The Injen SP Series short ram intake provides a direct, high-efficiency airflow path for your VW Passat. Built around 6061-T6 mandrel-bent aluminum tubing, this system eliminates the restrictive factory airbox and intake tract to improve throttle response and engine acoustics. The SP3040P utilizes Injen's patented MegaRam (MR) and Air Fusion technologies to maintain safe air-fuel ratios across the power band without requiring an aftermarket tune.
This system includes the SuperNano-Web dry air filter, which offers high-flow performance and superior filtration without the need for filter oil. On the dyno, this intake has demonstrated gains of up to 7 horsepower and 7 lb-ft of torque. The polished finish provides a clean, professional look under the hood, and the entire kit is backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
