The Injen Evolution Air Intake System (EVO5102) is a precision-engineered solution for the 6.2L Supercharged Hellcat engine. Built using high-density cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), the roto-molded housing and intake tube provide a durable, heat-resistant path for incoming air. This system replaces the restrictive factory airbox with a one-piece sealed housing featuring Injen’s patent-pending Twist-Lock system, allowing for the installation of a massive SuperNano-Web dry air filter without additional hardware.
This system is dyno-tuned to optimize the air-fuel ratio, producing proven gains of up to 21 horsepower and 21 lb-ft of torque. The integrated Clear-View badge allows for quick inspection of the filter condition, while the reinforced silicone couplers and stainless steel band clamps ensure a secure, leak-free fit under high boost pressures.
