The Injen Evolution Cold Air Intake System (EVO1102) is a precision-engineered performance upgrade for the BMW S55 engine platform. This system replaces the restrictive factory airbox with a one-piece sealed roto-molded polyethylene housing and high-flow intake tubes designed to optimize induction volume and lower intake air temperatures. The integrated clear inspection window allows for immediate visual monitoring of the filter condition without requiring disassembly.

Equipped with Injen’s patent-pending Twist-Lock technology, the system securely integrates the SuperNano-Web Dry air filters into the housing for a reliable, leak-free seal. This dyno-proven system delivers gains of up to 22 hp and 27 lb-ft of torque while maintaining compatibility with the factory ECU calibration and providing a more aggressive intake note under heavy acceleration.
