The Injen Technology SP series cold air intake is the premier aluminum induction system for the Acura ILX. Engineered from mandrel-bent 6061-T6 aluminum, this system replaces the restrictive factory airbox to provide a smooth, high-velocity airflow path directly to the engine. Utilizing Injen's patented MegaRam (MR) and Air Fusion technologies, the SP1478BLK is precision-tuned to maintain safe air/fuel ratios while delivering dyno-proven gains of up to 11 horsepower and 9 lb-ft of torque.
This system includes the SuperNano-Web dry air filter, providing superior filtration and airflow efficiency without the maintenance hassle of filter oil. Designed for a direct-fit installation, the SP series delivers an aggressive engine note under wide-open throttle and requires no additional aftermarket tuning or ECU flashing.
