Replace restrictive factory rubber and plastic components with the Injen SES Aluminum Intercooler Piping Kit. Engineered to maximize airflow and minimize turbo lag, this kit features 2.25-inch mandrel-bent 6061-T6 aluminum tubing. The smooth bends significantly reduce turbulence compared to OE piping, resulting in improved throttle response and more consistent boost pressure under load.

Built for durability and performance, the kit includes both hot and cold side pipes. Every pipe features beaded ends to secure couplers under high boost and precision CNC-machined, TIG-welded sensor flanges for a perfect factory-style fit. The included automotive-grade silicone couplers offer superior resistance to heat, oil, and fuel, while stainless steel band clamps with inner protective liners ensure a secure seal without damaging the silicone. This kit is designed to work with both the stock intercooler and the Injen performance front-mount intercooler (P/N FM1573i).
