Fits 2017-2022 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks equipped with the Powerstroke V8-6.7L engine.
Replace restrictive, failure-prone factory charge pipes with the Injen SES9004ICPWB intercooler piping kit. This complete hot and cold-side system is hand-built in Pomona, California, using mandrel-bent 6061 aluminum to ensure uniform flow and maximum durability under boost. By increasing the internal diameter—3.00 inches on the hot side and 3.25 inches on the cold side—this kit reduces restriction and balances airflow to lower exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) and improve throttle response.
The system features precision CNC-machined factory-style quick connections that utilize your OE spring clips for a leak-free seal without modification. The cold-side pipe is designed as a two-piece assembly for easier installation in tight engine bays. Each pipe features beaded ends to keep the automotive-grade reinforced silicone couplers securely in place under high pressure, secured by stainless steel band clamps with inner protective liners.
