The Injen Technology Evolution EVO5005 cold air intake is a purpose-built, roto-molded performance system designed to maximize airflow and engine protection for the Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator. Constructed from cross-linked high-density polyethylene (XLPE), this durable one-piece sealed housing utilizes Injen’s patented Twist-Lock system to simplify maintenance while securing the high-performance filter. This modular design allows for seamless integration with the Injen snorkel system (part number EVO15168, sold separately), making it ideal for overlanding and off-road applications.

The custom-engineered intake tube is dyno-tuned to ensure correct air-to-fuel ratios and precise MAF sensor readings without requiring an aftermarket tune. This system delivers proven gains of up to 11 horsepower and 11 lb-ft of torque. It features the SuperNano-Web dry air filter, which provides high-efficiency filtration without the need for messy oils. The kit is finished with stainless steel hardware, reinforced silicone couplers, and the Injen Clear-View badge for easy filter inspection and a clean under-hood aesthetic.
