The Injen SP Series intake system for the GR Corolla is engineered to optimize the performance of the 1.6L G16E-GTS engine by increasing airflow efficiency and volume. This short ram system features 3.50-inch mandrel-bent 6061-T6 aluminum tubing, replacing the restrictive factory airbox with a streamlined path to the turbocharger. Injen utilizes their patented MegaRam (MR) and Air Fusion technologies to tune the intake for maximum power while maintaining safe air-fuel ratios without requiring an aftermarket ECU tune.

This kit includes a custom-engineered heat shield designed specifically for the GR Corolla engine bay to help isolate the air intake from heat soak. Filtration is handled by a fully serviceable SuperNano-Web dry air filter, which provides high-flow filtration without the maintenance requirements of oiled filters. Dyno testing has shown gains of up to 20 horsepower and 25 lb-ft of torque.
