Fits 1999-2006 Volkswagen Golf and 1999-2005 Jetta models equipped with the ALH TDI diesel engine.
The Injen SP Series short ram air intake (SP3016P) provides a direct path for highly efficient airflow, replacing the restrictive factory intake system. This system is constructed from mandrel-bent 6061-T6 aluminum and features Injen's patented MegaRam (MR) Technology. This process allows the intake to be tuned to maintain safe air-fuel ratios while delivering significant performance increases without the need for an aftermarket ECU tune.
Equipped with a fully serviceable SuperNano-Web dry air filter, this intake improves filtration efficiency and surface area for better engine protection and throttle response. The tuned design is dyno-proven to provide gains of up to 12 hp and 27 lb-ft of torque, specifically for ALH diesel applications.
