The Injen RD Series performance cold air intake (CAI) for the Acura Integra Type R is engineered to deliver bolt-on power by positioning the filter deep within the engine bay to draw in the coolest, densest air available. Built from mandrel-bent 6061-T6 aluminum, the RD1425BLK replaces restrictive factory components with a smooth-bore intake tube that improves airflow and maintains safe air-fuel ratios without the need for aftermarket tuning.
Each kit features the Injen SuperNano-Web dry air filter, providing high-efficiency filtration and increased surface area for improved flow. Designed and manufactured in Pomona, California, this system provides an aggressive engine tone under load and is finished in a durable black powder coating for long-term corrosion resistance and a clean engine bay aesthetic.
