The Injen Technology IS Performance Series short ram air intake is a technical upgrade designed to reduce induction restriction and improve engine response. This system features a mandrel-bent T6-6061 aluminum intake tube that provides a smooth, constant-diameter path for incoming air, ensuring efficient flow and an aggressive engine tone under full throttle. Injen engineers have specifically tuned this intake to maintain safe air-fuel (A/F) ratios across the powerband without requiring aftermarket ECU tuning.
The kit includes a fully serviceable SuperNano-Web dry air filter, which utilizes a specialized synthetic media to provide high filtration levels and increased surface area compared to the factory paper element. Because it is a dry media filter, it requires no oiling, simplifying maintenance. Finished in a durable black powder coat, this intake is manufactured in Pomona, California, and carries a CARB EO for street legality in regulated regions.
