The Injen Technology IS Performance series short ram intake is a precision-engineered upgrade designed to replace the restrictive factory air box on the B16-powered Civic Si. This system features mandrel-bent T6-6061 aluminum intake tubing, ensuring a smooth, high-velocity path for airflow directly into the throttle body. By eliminating factory baffles and intake resonators, the IS Performance kit provides a significant increase in induction sound and throttle response while maintaining safe air-fuel (A/F) ratios without the need for aftermarket tuning.
This kit includes Injen’s SuperNano-Web dry air filter, which utilizes specialized media to provide superior filtration efficiency and increased surface area compared to standard paper filters. Because the SuperNano-Web media is dry, it is fully serviceable without the mess of oiling. Manufactured in Pomona, California, this intake is street-legal under CARB EO #D-476-2 and is backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
