The Injen Technology Hydroshield (1035BLK) is a specialized pre-filter designed to protect your air filter from moisture and large debris. Engineered as a direct fit for Injen X-1010, X-1011, X-1017, X-1020, and X-1024 air filters, this black Hydroshield extends service intervals by preventing contaminants from clogging the primary filter media.
Constructed from a proprietary UV-resistant base media, the 1035BLK features a hydrophobic treatment that repels water while maintaining the high airflow necessary for engine performance. The puncture-resistant material is capable of stopping contaminants as small as .005" and possesses high elasticity to ensure the shield returns to its original shape after servicing.
