The J&L Oil Separator 3.0 is designed to prevent oil vapors from venting through the PCV system into your intake tract. Over time, these vapors accumulate in the intake tube and manifold runners, potentially diluting fuel and lowering effective octane levels. This is a critical issue for any engine and is particularly problematic in performance applications where maintaining fuel purity is essential. Milled from solid billet aluminum, this separator captures those vapors before they reach your intake, ensuring only clean air passes through.

This unit features a sophisticated multistage filtration system. Vapors pass through a fine mesh stainless steel screen and then through a 1/2-inch thick, 1/16-inch aluminum honeycomb filter. Once the droplets grow large enough, they fall into the 3 oz collection tank. The tank features a knurled base for easy removal and an O-ring seal to ensure a leak-proof fit.
