The J&L 3.0 Oil Separator is designed to prevent oil vapors from entering your intake tract, where they can coat intake manifold runners, foul valves, and dilute fuel octane levels. This process is critical for the supercharged 6.2L LSA engine, where increased crankcase pressures often lead to excessive blow-by. By capturing these vapors, the J&L system keeps the combustion process cleaner and maintains engine performance.

Engineered for durability and efficiency, the separator is milled from solid billet aluminum and features a multistage filtration system. A fine mesh stainless steel screen first traps oil vapors, which then pass through a 1/2-inch thick, 1/16-inch aluminum honeycomb filter. Once the droplets coalesce and gain weight, they fall into the 3oz collection tank. The tank features a knurled base for easy removal and an O-ring seal to ensure a leak-free vacuum. Installation is simplified by the inclusion of factory-style quick-connect PCV fittings.
