Protect your engine from oil ingestion with the J&L Oil Separator 3.0. During the PCV process, crankcase pressure is vented back into the intake track, often carrying oil vapors that coat intake runners, dilute fuel octane, and leave deposits on valves. This system intercepts those vapors, ensuring only clean air reaches the intake manifold.
Engineered for durability and ease of maintenance, this separator is milled from solid billet aluminum and features a multi-stage filtration system. Vapors pass through a fine-mesh stainless steel screen before entering a 1/2-inch thick, 1/16-inch aluminum honeycomb filter. This design causes oil droplets to coalesce and fall into the 3oz reservoir. The knurled tank base allows for quick, tool-free removal during service intervals.
