Fits select 1999-2004 Ford F-150 Lightning and Harley-Davidson Edition models. This J&L Oil Separator 3.0 protects your supercharged engine by capturing oil vapors before they reach the intake tract.
Venting crankcase pressure back through the intake manifold can lead to oil accumulation in the runners and intake tube, which may dilute your fuel and lower effective octane. This is particularly critical on forced induction engines where crankcase pressures are higher. The J&L 3.0 Oil Separator solves this with a sophisticated multi-stage filtration system. Vapors first pass through a fine stainless steel mesh screen before entering a 1/2-inch thick, 1/16-inch aluminum honeycomb filter. This process causes oil droplets to coalesce and fall into the 3 oz reservoir, ensuring only clean air returns to your intake.
- Precision-milled solid billet aluminum construction with a clear anodized finish
