Fits 2002-2008 Ford Ranger (3.0L V6) models without EGR, including Edge, FX4, Sport, STX, Tremor, XL, and XLT trims.
JBA Cat4Ward shorty headers are engineered to replace restrictive factory exhaust manifolds with high-flow 409 stainless steel alternatives. These headers improve engine efficiency and power by utilizing mandrel-bent 1-1/2" primary tubes and JBA’s proprietary Firecone collector design, which optimizes exhaust scavenging where the vehicle is driven most. Each set is built for durability under heavy use, such as towing or daily driving, and includes factory-style emission connections for a straightforward installation.
The construction features 3/8" thick machined flanges with oversized exhaust ports to ensure a secure, leak-free seal against the cylinder head. Extra thick collector domes provide additional strength at critical stress points.
