This JE Pistons Forged Piston Kit (MPN 296932) is engineered for high-demand performance and racing applications. Machined 100% in the USA from high-tensile 2618 aluminum alloy, these pistons utilize a proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) design. This architecture reduces skirt width and allows for a shorter wrist pin, significantly decreasing reciprocating weight and friction for improved power delivery.
- Precision Engineering: Designed specifically for the Toyota 2JZ-GTE engine to ensure optimized durability and performance at an 8.5:1 compression ratio.
- FSR Forging: Minimizes power loss and friction while maintaining the structural integrity required for forced induction or high-output builds.
- Pressure Management: Features an accumulator groove to reduce combustion gas pressure between the rings, preventing ring flutter and maintaining a consistent seal.
