The K&N 57-3031-1 Performance Intake Kit is engineered to eliminate airflow restriction in the factory induction system. By replacing the restrictive OEM air box and piping with a rotationally-molded high-density polyethylene (HDPE) tube, this system increases the volume of cool air reaching your engine for improved throttle response and power. The intake features an oversized, conical High-Flow Air Filter made from oiled cotton media, providing exceptional filtration and a service interval of up to 100,000 miles under normal highway conditions.

This system includes a vehicle-specific heat shield to isolate the filter from high engine bay temperatures, ensuring a cooler, denser intake charge. Installation is straightforward and typically takes less than 90 minutes using standard hand tools, bolting directly into factory mounting locations.
