The K&N 57 Series Performance Intake Kit replaces the restrictive factory air filter and intake housing in your heavy-duty truck. This system features a rotationally-molded high-density polyethylene (HDPE) tube designed to maximize the volume of airflow to the engine while maintaining a cool, dense intake charge. By smoothing the air path, this kit is engineered to provide a repeatable increase in horsepower and torque for 6.6L V8 diesel applications.

Maintenance is simplified with the included oversized, conical High-Flow Air Filter. Utilizing oiled cotton media, this washable and reusable filter can go up to 100,000 miles between services under normal highway conditions. The system also includes a custom-engineered heat shield to isolate the filter from high engine bay temperatures, ensuring the coldest air possible reaches the intake. Installation typically takes less than 90 minutes using basic hand tools and factory mounting points.
