The K&N 69-0015TS Typhoon air intake system replaces the restrictive factory air box and intake housing with a free-flowing, mandrel-bent aluminum induction tube. This system is engineered to reduce airflow restriction by smoothing and straightening the intake path, allowing the engine to draw in a higher volume of air for improved throttle response and acceleration. The intake tube features a durable silver powder-coat finish and includes integrated mounting points to accommodate the factory IA bypass control thermal valve, air temperature sensor, and crankcase vent hose.

This kit includes an oversized, cone-shaped K&N high-flow air filter with a black rubber top, designed to provide superior filtration and airflow. The washable filter can go up to 100,000 miles before servicing is required, depending on driving conditions. Installation is straightforward, typically requiring 90 minutes or less using standard hand tools.
