The K&N 63-9023 AirCharger Performance Intake system is engineered to replace the restrictive factory air filter and intake housing, allowing your engine to breathe more efficiently. By utilizing a rotationally-molded high-density polyethylene (HDPE) tube, this system increases the volume of airflow to provide a guaranteed increase in horsepower and torque for the Toyota 4.0L engine.
- High-Flow Filtration: Includes an oversized, conical washable air filter featuring oiled cotton media for superior filtration and airflow.
- Long Service Interval: The reusable filter can go up to 100,000 miles before requiring service under normal highway driving conditions.
- Thermal Management: A custom-fit heat shield is included to help isolate the intake air from high engine bay temperatures.
- Aerodynamic Tube: The HDPE intake tube is designed to optimize the velocity of air delivered to the throttle body.
- Simple Installation: Designed to bolt onto factory mounting points, with a typical installation time of less than 90 minutes.
