Fits 2006-2011 Honda Civic Si and 2008 Honda Civic MUGEN Si. This K&N Typhoon performance intake system is engineered to provide a guaranteed increase in horsepower and torque by replacing the restrictive factory air filter and intake housing with a free-flowing design.
The system features a silver powder-coated, mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube designed to streamline airflow and reduce turbulence. It is paired with an oversized K&N High-Flow Air Filter featuring oiled cotton media, which provides superior filtration and can go up to 100,000 miles between services under normal highway driving conditions. A custom heat shield is included to help isolate the intake air from high engine bay temperatures, ensuring a cooler, denser air charge enters the engine.
