The K&N 77-9031-1KP 77 Series High-Flow Performance Intake Kit is engineered to reduce intake restriction by replacing the restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing. This system features a mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube designed to provide a smooth, aerodynamically efficient path for airflow into the engine. By increasing the volume and velocity of oxygen-rich air, this kit provides a measurable increase in horsepower and torque across the RPM range.

At the heart of the system is an oversized, conical High-Flow Air Filter. Constructed with oiled cotton filter media, this washable and reusable filter provides excellent filtration while allowing for service intervals up to 100,000 miles under normal highway driving conditions. A custom-fit heat shield is included to isolate the intake air from high engine bay temperatures, ensuring a cooler, denser intake charge for better combustion.
