The K&N 69 Series Typhoon performance air intake system is a free-flowing, mandrel-bent aluminum tube air induction system designed to provide a guaranteed increase in horsepower and torque. By replacing the restrictive factory air filter and intake housing, this system provides a smoothed path for airflow to reach the engine, improving throttle response and engine sound. The kit includes an oversized, conical High-Flow Air Filter featuring oiled cotton media that can go up to 100,000 miles between services under normal highway conditions.
This intake system features a custom heat shield designed to protect the intake air from high engine bay temperatures. The entire kit typically installs in 90 minutes or less using factory mounting points and standard tools. Built for durability and performance, it is backed by the K&N Million Mile Limited Warranty.
