The K&N Blackhawk Induction air intake system is engineered for drivers who demand a performance increase and a refined, blacked-out aesthetic. This system replaces the restrictive factory air filter and intake tube with a free-flowing, mandrel-bent aluminum tube and high-performance components. To ensure cool, dense air reaches the engine, a steel heat shield is included to isolate the filter from high under-hood temperatures.
- DRYFLOW synthetic filter media provides increased airflow and engine protection without requiring oil.
- Black powder-coated aluminum intake tube ensures durability and a clean appearance.
- Steel heat shield helps block radiant engine heat from entering the intake stream.
- Direct bolt-on design typically installs in 90 minutes or less with standard hand tools.
